Important Advertiser Update
Dear WideCircles Advertiser,
We have currently completed a series of hardware and software upgrades
that will help us with new launch of our service known as “WideCircles Reloaded”.
The new improvements include faster processing speeds, smarter target website
identification algorithms and more. These improvements have been applied to
our existing version of the system and also the new version that has
been in testing pipe for almost a year.
Lastly, since our system is generating large amount of potential website
posting targets, we have applied something known as URL vacuum. This allows
us to provide you with better performance and reduce amount of redundant data.
Starting today, in ad tasks that have been processed fully alredy or are being processed,
you will only see url targets that your ad text / link have been posted on by our
publishers. Websites that publisher has processed but never posted anything on ( or touched )
will be automatically discarded or vacuumed so you will not see those anymore. Therefore
you may see lower amount of websites in your report as it does not include the redundant
data ( websites that publisher never posted on ) anymore.
This feature will provide you with the same view as before, but won’t include the non-needed
data in the report. Please note that you will still see all the websites being
prepared for each newly created ad task or the existing one that is in the queue.
